Théo Bourgeois is a 22-year-old trail runner from the Jura region of France. Trail running has been part of his life for the past 5 years, and he trained at the Brooks Trail Project, the Brooks training centre for young people aged 15 to 22. Thanks to his performances, Théo has now joined the Brooks France team. Our trail runner has chosen to live in Annecy to reconcile his studies in sports management with his trail running in the beautiful mountains of the region. In winter, Théo turns to ski touring, a sport he particularly enjoys, enabling him to train differently for his trail season.
