GILLES GALOUX, CO-FOUNDER

GILLES

Tall in stature and tall in talent, Gilles is a former food expert who, one fine day, decided to launch a very healthy, organic nutrition brand, because he wanted to match his personal values with his professional talents. Between innovation, manufacturing, communication and distribution, Gilles is our daily conductor.

BENOÎT

Our expert nutritionist works hand in hand with Yoann Conte, our head chef, to prepare Baouw recipes, particularly in terms of nutrition.

Osteopath, nutritionist, athletics coach... Benoit knows the workings of the human body inside out! He also holds a European diploma in Micronutrition, Alimentation, Prévention, Santé (Paris Descartes Faculty of Medicine).

YOANN

Yoann Conte is our two-Michelin-starred chef! We haven't quite figured out whether he's from Breton or Chamonix, but he's got the temperament of both a mountain man and a sailor.
In any case, his sense of humor is as great as his talent for cooking, which he shares with us on a daily basis. His passion for taste is reflected in our recipes, since all Baouw are concocted in his kitchen.

FANNY

Our forward-thinking Innovation Director is always full of surprises and new avenues for development. Fanny holds an international marketing master's degree from Toulouse and a double MBA from Bangkok, Fanny joined Baouw right from the start, and has been with us ever since! Fanny shares with us her passion for board sports and discovering the world's cultures.

QUENTIN

Our Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager coordinates the management of the website and Club Baouw. A native of Annecy, like Baouw, Quentin spent several years in the United States playing tennis at a high level, while at the same time obtaining an MBA in marketing. Back in Annecy, he now climbs mountains with Baouw, just as he does personally in his trail running!

SAMUEL

Our North-East sales manager is a native of Annécien. Samuel is a trail runner, cyclist and cross-country skier. He's passionate about everything that revolves around outdoor and endurance sports. With a Master's degree in STAPS sports management, “Sam” is always up for a training session with a goal in sight.

BASILE

Before becoming Key Account Manager, Basile was simply... a Baouw customer! After moving to Annecy, Basile sent us an unsolicited application. He's a trail fan, a lover of wide open spaces, mountains and life-size races. But don't talk to him about road racing, he doesn't have any good memories of it!

Cloé

Our Communication & Community Manager manages all content on social networks.

Cloé holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication, and after helping to preserve her playground through her previous job at “1% for the Planet”, our triathlete joined the Baouw team. Cloé is passionate about the outdoors and spends her free time in the mountains, hiking, climbing and ski touring!

CORENTIN

E-retail sales manager, Corentin looks after all partner and reseller websites. Passionate about tennis and a very good player, our Norman doesn't stop there: he's our sports encyclopedia! No need to Google, he'll answer all your questions.

HÉLÈNE

Our Finance & HR Manager is responsible for keeping the whole Baouw team on track. Recruitment, well-being in the workplace, CSR... Hélène is also a great adventurer From diving in the four corners of the world to climbing the highest peaks in Nepal, no mountain is unknown to her.

JODIE

Double-hatted at Baouw, Jodie is both Customer Service Manager and Nutrition Officer. Jodie has been a keen triathlete since she was 3, and loves the mountains. Our native of Toulouse says “chocolatine” even if she tries not to eat it... With a Master's degree in Sports Nutrition, she'll be able to advise you as she does so well during our lunch breaks!

GUILLAUME

Our Operations Manager completed a master's degree in International Strategy & Industrial Marketing in Lyon. He's in charge of all Baouw logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly! Rolling... or rather sliding for Guillaume, the snowboarder of the gang. Our daredevil is unbeatable when it comes to unusual stories!

FRANÇOIS

Our South-East sales manager is originally from Normandy. François has turned his hand to sporting challenges such as trail running, cycling and triathlon. In particular, for a cause close to his heart: raising awareness of the benefits of sport.
Our wanderer left everything behind to come and blossom in the mountains alongside Baouw!

YANNICK

Our digital marketing and e-commerce director has a Master's degree in Marketing Engineering from Grenoble! He spends his free time between sports like trail running, skiing and soccer, and traveling.

MAXIME

Our Product Manager has a master's degree in international marketing from IAE Savoie Mont Blanc. Proud of his native region, Maxime can't help but mention his Breton origins at least once a day. (Surprising for a Breton...). Passionate about outdoor sports, Maxime is a true all-round sportsman, between trail running, ski touring, surfing and a speciality for road cycling!

BERTRAND

Our “north-west DOM TOM” sales manager is originally from Normandy. Bertrand, who looks like a surfer, never goes on tour without his board and a paddle, his two passions in addition to helping people discover Baouw in his beautiful region.

Théo

Responsable administration des ventes, Théo met son expertise au service de Baouw. Diplômé d'un master en management, il a eu la chance d'étudier à Shanghai, Paris et Berlin, ce qui lui a permis de découvrir de nombreuses cultures.

Ancien coureur spécialisé sur 800/1500 mètres, il a récemment pris sa retraite sportive, mais pourrait bien revenir sur les pistes grâce à Baouw !

NICOLAS

Our Events, Partnerships & Athletes Manager coordinates the team of Baouw athletes and is in charge of finding great projects for the Baouwers!
Nicolas, who comes straight from the world of cycling, wears a smile that's always brighter than his speed goggles! He's also the one everyone knows at events.

JEREMI

Our supply chain manager, a real man behind the scenes, is in charge of replenishment and inventory management. He holds a Master's degree in Business Strategy Management!

Jérémi is also a top-level sportsman and a member of the French mountain bike orienteering team.
