What is most important to us is the intrinsic quality of the foods we use. What does this mean? The more a food is processed, the more it loses its natural virtues. This is where the know-how of our expert nutritionist comes in. He selects raw foods based on their wealth of micronutrients and antioxidants, and we then process them as little as possible so that they stay little bombs full of things that are good for your body and your health. This careful selection also allows us to maintain the nutritional balance of our products, using carbohydrates - but not only - as a source of energy: lipids and proteins, which are fundamental, are of course included in all our recipes.
