Loana Lecomte is one of the rising stars of French cycling, particularly in mountain bike cross-country. The young rider from Annecy shines. With her performances, her smile and her values. Sharing her native land, her culture of winning, her passion for good food and her relationship with nature, we're delighted to be supporting the world's most promising mountain biker in her success, including her qualification for the summer of 2024 in France.

Loana LEcomte's advice and nutrition plan

30' before the start: 1 energy bar

During exercise : a first bar after 1h30, then one every 45 minutes.

For intensity sessions and races, I'll be taking compotes and gels, particularly Banana, which I love’.

Loana is a professional runner and her carbohydrate intake is high. For an average runner, consuming between 30g and 60g of carbohydrates is sufficient.
