Baouw's “Lime - Mint” energy gel offers a natural, refreshing lemon flavour, enriched by the subtlety of mint. The sweetness of agave syrup and the richness of extra virgin olive oil complete the blend, providing a smooth, balanced taste experience with no chemical aftertaste.

Natural performance​

Designed for intense efforts to fill up on energy: the new Baouw energy gel combines performance, naturality and pleasure. 

Baouw energy gel is made from 100% organic ingredients. The high fruit content gives you a natural sugar with no glycaemic spike, which blends perfectly with the agave syrup. The glycaemic index is particularly low, at just 15. Olive oil provides you with a source of lipids that can be used directly during exercise and helps to smooth your blood sugar levels. The ingredients in Baouw energy gel are made up of fundamental vitamins and micronutrients, including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium. 

It's also very practical, thanks to its compact, easy-to-grip, resealable bottle, which means it can be taken several times. Non-sticky and free-flowing, it's easy to digest and will also help you avoid the pasty mouthfeel of a traditional energy gel. 

You can consume up to 2 per hour to reach 60g of carbohydrates. It performs better than a traditional energy gel.   

Gels opposed to ultra-processed gels

 La principale différence entre tes gels et tes purées c'est la teneur en glucides , tes purées , sans sucres ajoutés, contiennent en moyenne 15g de glucides, tes gels en contiennent 30g grâce aux sucres naturels des fruits et au sirop d'agave ajouté. 

La texture de tes purées est plus rassasiante car un peu plus épaisse et les recettes sont soit salées soit sucrées, elles sont plus adaptées aux efforts d'intensité moyenne et de longue durée.  Tes gels, plus concentrés procurent un véritable coup de boost, ils sont plus adaptés aux efforts intenses et peuvent être consommés soit purs soit dilués dans une flasque de 500ml.

Chez Baouw nous avons décidé de faire rimer gels énergétiques et naturalité, et par la même occasion,  performance et  santé. C’est-à-dire des gels énergétiques qui assurent un apport optimal en glucides ( 30g par gel ), une facilité de mastication et une légèreté de transport mais sans contenir de sucres raffinés ou autres additifs.

Autrement dit, ce sont des gels énergétiques composés uniquement d’aliments que l’on retrouve dans la nature, préparés dans les casseroles de nos cuisines, sans passer par les éprouvettes de laboratoires.


Les gels classiques, à l’inverse fournissent au corps de grosses quantités de glucides ultra-transformés (comme le sirop de glucose), et peuvent provoquer des effets indésirables sur le court et long terme.

Tes produits  Baouw n'ont pas de date limite de consommation, simplement une date de durabilité maximale (à compter du jour de la production, c'est la date de consommation optimale conseillée) qui peut varier de 12 à 24 mois à partir de la production. Ce qui signifie que tu peux les consommer même après : elles peuvent seulement avoir perdu un peu de goût ou avoir durci un peu.

Tes produits sont sans conservateurs. Tes recettes ont été pensées afin de contenir des ingrédients antioxydants (huile d’olive vierge extra, fruits, épices, plantes ...) et les moins raffinés possibles afin de préserver un maximum de naturalité tout en assurant une conservation longue. Notamment, grâce à leur emballage très protecteur.
