RECIPE DETAILS :
For this recipe, you will need:
- 500 g cooked red beans
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g apple purée
- 60 g of ground almonds
- 100 ml water or plant-based milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 1 pinch of Guérande salt
- For the topping: walnuts or almonds
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. Meanwhile, blend all the ingredients together.
3. Add the melted dark chocolate and blend again.
4. Étaler la préparation dans un plat et ajouter le topping
5. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees and leave to cool.
A must-try recipe, because you can't really taste the kidney beans! What's more, the people who taste it can't guess the mystery ingredient.
