Having optimised the nutritional content of Baouw bars and purées, Benoit also helps our sportsmen and women to prepare their exercise snacks. So why not make the most of it too?

For sportsmen and women who are not optimising their fat intake, such as on a ketogenic diet.

Racepack 4 h effort ​

Racepack 8 h Effort ​

  • 7 bars

Racepack Effort 12 h and +

  • 10 bars

Over an Ultra, in 6-hour increments, 5 bars, 5 purées.

All Baouw bars and purees are suitable for all types of effort, and we advise you to choose your recipes according to your taste preferences.

You should eat one bar every 45 minutes, respecting the quantities.
