Are you looking for the effectiveness of an energy gel in stick format without compromising its composition? We did it.

Baouw presents its 100% organic energy gel in stick form: optimised energy designed for those who don’t want to choose between high performance and natural ingredients. More compact, more concentrated and smoother, it provides you with 30 g of carbohydrates in an ultra-convenient format. It’s your ultimate ally when every second and every gram counts.

The alliance of cutting-edge nutrition and culinary excellence

Forget ultra-processed gels made from refined sugars (glucose syrup), preservatives (potassium sorbate), gelling agents (gums), or emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin). This Baouw energy gel combines carbohydrates such as organic cassava syrup and organic agave syrup. We have united cutting-edge nutrition and culinary excellence to create an ultra-performing gel, as effective as it is tasty.

It is one of the few 100% organic gels on the market to offer such a high level of technical sophistication, combining the expertise of our nutritionists with the know-how of our two-Michelin-starred chef.

Why this energy gel in stick format will boost your times

30g of carbohydrates & optimal ratio

A high intake of 30g of carbohydrates to provide the necessary energy, combined with an optimal glucose/fructose ratio of 1:0.8 for good absorption while preserving your digestive system.

Practical and compact

A gel that is not bulky for easy transport, featuring a simple and quick opening designed for movement. Its fluid texture allows for effortless absorption, even at high intensity.

Performance without neglecting taste

At Baouw, performance never comes at the expense of enjoyment. Our recipes are developed in collaboration with our two-Michelin-starred chef, Yoann Conte, to offer light, fresh and perfectly balanced flavours. Here, there are no artificial flavourings or cloying sugars – just the natural, authentic taste of fruit.
