2. Nutritional assessment – 45 minutes

Would you like a comprehensive initial assessment without necessarily committing to follow-up? Then a nutritional assessment is just what you need.

During this session, Jodie analyses:

• your current diet,
• your lifestyle and training load (if you play sport),
• your personal goals: energy, digestion, recovery, balance...

You leave with:​

• a personalised nutrition plan,
• practical advice that is easy to apply in everyday life.

💬 The assessment is included in the 3- and 5-month follow-ups. You can therefore book it on its own, or choose a comprehensive package if you want long-term support.

3. Personalised follow-ups – 3 or 5 months

(including assessment)

To go further and achieve lasting results, Jodie offers you support over 3 or 5 months, built around several key stages:

• Comprehensive analysis of your dietary profile
• Study of your weekly diet (proteins/carbohydrates/fats)
• Rebalancing your diet according to your energy needs
• Advice tailored to your training, pace and goals
• Focus on recovery and hydration
• Meal ideas, healthy snacks and sample plates
• Gradual adjustments based on how you feel and your progress
