• Energy: 38 g of carbohydrates + vitamins + 100 mg of taurine
• Hydration: 828 mg of the 4 essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium)
• Endurance: 1000 mg of BCAAs (4:1:1 ratio) * + vitamins C and E and zinc (antioxidants)
• Digestive protection: isotonic formula + 1:0.8 carbohydrate ratio + 100 mg of glutamine

*4 leucine, 1 valine, 1 isoleucine: the optimal ratio for BCAA absorption
