- Hydration: 828mg of the 4 essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium)
- Endurance: 1000mg of BCAA (4:1:1 ratio) * + vitamins C, E and zinc (antioxidants)
- Digestive protection: isotonic formula + carbohydrate ratio 1:0.8 + 100mg of glutamine
